New Range Access System

On April 15, 2022, the access number on your card will no longer be the way you enter the range. It will still be required at the Archery Range, but not the main range. The recently installed access card operated gate (like the one in the picture) will go live. The access card will also open the clubhouse.

We have the access cards and need to get them to members. The cost of mailing was prohibitive, so we have scheduled a variety of times and dates for you to come by and pick up your card. There is one card per membership even if there are two membership card holders in the family.

On the dates and times noted all you must do is drop by and there will be someone in the clubhouse to get you the card.

Between now and April 15th if you arrive at the range and the gate is down, your access code can be punched in to open it. On April 15th the access code on your card will no longer work.

As you enter, the gate will close behind you and automatically open when you leave. Please approach the gate cautiously on leaving until you become accustomed to its operation.

There are times when the gate will be open, usually when non-members are entering as on a Saturday morning as folks arrive to become members or to renew.

You may pick up your card during the regular office hours of Mon/Wed/Fri between 10AM and 3PM or at the following times:

  • March 8th – 3pm to 6pm
  • March 9th – 9am to 11am
  • March 14th  -5pm to 7pm
  • March 15th -3pm to 6pm
  • March 21st – 4pm to 7pm
  • March 28th – 4pm to 7pm

Lost/replacement fee will be $20.00

If you absolutely can’t pick it up at one of the times, it can be mailed to you for $5.00

This new procedure improves safety and facilitates the Indoor Range’s ability to be open to the public.
