Women on Target
If you’re curious about firearms, whether for personal defense or to learn a new sport, Women On Target® is the perfect place to start. These instructional shooting clinics are designed to teach you firearm safety and the fundamentals of marksmanship, giving you the confidence you need to safely handle and operate a firearm upon completion.
Women On Target® clinics are available only to women — it’s a safe and friendly environment whether you’re picking up a gun for the very first time or are just brushing off some dust and need a little refresher. You’ll immediately feel at ease in the half- or full-day clinics, and will be provided with a hands-on, one-of-a-kind experience. No experience or equipment is necessary to participate.

Preregistration is required thru the NRA Women on Target Website . There are no walk ins. Clinic size is limited to 30 participants.
NOTE: You must be 16 years of age to register and participate by yourself. Those under 16 may register if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The program includes a complete safety briefing, individual range instruction on rifle, pistol, and shotgun.
Agenda for Sunday August 3, 2025
8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Registration
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. – Classroom Instruction
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Lunch
12:00 p.m. to end – Live Fire, certificates, and awards
All equipment is supplied: guns, ammo, targets, eye and ear protection
Cost is $50 per entrant, under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Clinic runs rain or shine
Sandals and low cut tops are not recommended
